News | Congratulations to Jeff Beers for placing 2nd in the Spring LOC Derby Lake Trout Division and also to Doug Luce, Eugene Nichols and Scott Killingbeck for placing 4th, 6th, and 7th in the Spring LOC Derby Walleye Division. Also, don’t forget to vote for Point Breeze in the finals for the "Ultimate Fishing Town," a contest by the World Fishing Network that ends May 24, 2013.
The Orleans County fishing community is currently ranked second with on-line voting, behind Cape Hatteras, NC. The winner receives $25,000 to be spent on fishing-related improvements to their port, plus the community will be featured by the World Fishing Network.
